• The Animal Suite

The Animal Suite: Experiments in Vaudeville and Shapeshifting is an ensemble piece featuring

Neal Beasley, Kai Kleinbard, Mina Nishimura, Cori Olinghouse, and Eva Schmidt that explores physical

metamorphosis through vernacular and animal movement languages. The Animal Suite is a tribute to

depression era culture, first re-enacting a famous dance scene from Buster Keaton’s The Playhouse, then

re-assembling this historical imagery.
